The Board Creek Civic League is the Heartbeat of the Community. We celebrate a long history and we honor the founding members of the Broad Creek Civic League. They were instrumental in laying the groundwork and made it possible for us to grow to where we are today. In 2017 the Broad Creek Community (Haynes Tract) celebrated 100 years and we are committed to preserving our history and the quality of life for our neighborhood.
